About San Francisco Little Italy Honor Walk: Founded in 2023, the San Francisco Little Italy Honor Walk, Inc. (SFLIHW) celebrates, preserves, and enriches Italian-American heritage and culture in San Francisco's Little Italy, located in North Beach.
